Native x86-64

Venera compiles straight to x86-64 machine code. Pointers are always 64 bits and memory is little-endian.

C-compatible ABI

Call C from Venera and Venera from C, and link against existing libraries without a wrapper layer.

Keyword-heavy syntax

Venera favours explicit keywords like DO, END and WRITE over punctuation, for a unique style.
